You get 5 hrs free, then it's 100 RMB (Chinese dollars) for 200 hrs. You can even play in Chinese, but the text is tiny and really hard to read. There's servers in region 9 (you pick a region when you start the game that's free for 15 days since it just started, but they're really laggy.)
